Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of our website and HVAC services.
Scheduling
Submitting an online request does not guarantee an appointment until confirmed by Air Comfort Systems.
We reserve the right to modify appointment times based on:
- Emergencies
- Weather
- Traffic
- Technician availability
- Equipment availability
Service Calls
Our technician will diagnose your system before repairs begin.
Diagnostic fees may apply regardless of whether repairs are approved.
Estimates
All estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change due to:
- Manufacturer pricing
- Material shortages
- Code requirements
- Additional repairs discovered after inspection
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of services unless prior arrangements have been made.
Failure to pay may result in:
- Collection efforts
- Attorney’s fees where permitted
- Suspension of warranty coverage for unpaid work
Financing Disclaimer
Financing is offered through approved third-party lenders.
Approval, loan amounts, interest rates, promotional terms, and repayment schedules are determined solely by the financing provider.
Air Comfort Systems does not guarantee financing approval and is not responsible for decisions made by any lender.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and accepting the financing provider’s terms before entering into any financing agreement.
Cancellations
Customers should provide at least 24 hours’ notice when possible.
Repeated cancellations or missed appointments may result in refusal of future online scheduling.
Access to Property
Customers agree to provide safe access to equipment.
The Company may postpone or refuse service if conditions are unsafe, including:
- Aggressive animals
- Unsafe electrical conditions
- Structural hazards
- Illegal activity
- Unsafe weather conditions
Manufacturer Warranties
Equipment warranties are provided by the manufacturer.
Labor warranties are provided only as stated on your invoice.
Warranty coverage does not include:
- Misuse
- Neglect
- Unauthorized repairs
- Acts of God
- Power surges
- Flooding
- Fire
- Frozen equipment
- Lack of maintenance
Maintenance
Manufacturer warranties may require proof of routine maintenance.
Customers are responsible for maintaining equipment according to manufacturer recommendations.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Air Comfort Systems shall not be liable for:

- Delays caused by weather, supply chain disruptions, utility interruptions, or events beyond our reasonable control
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim, except where prohibited by law.
Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, photographs, graphics, and text are the property of Air Comfort Systems and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Texas.
Changes
Air Comfort Systems reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
